Jon Gauger dreams of being a landscape artist, but God seems to prefer he paint with words. On the radio, those words are heard on programs like The Land and the Book, Moody Presents and Be Their Neighbor.
Serving Christ at Moody Radio, Jon has traveled to more than 40 countries covering global issues like poverty, the persecuted church, third world healthcare, and children at risk. In addition to radio reports, Jon “paints” with blogs, photos and videos.
Jon is an ordained minister who speaks at churches, conferences and international training events. He has written If I Could Do It All Over Again, Kids Say the Wisest Things, and Powerful Self-Talk from the Psalms.
Jon is married to Diana, the wittiest girl he ever met. The couple has two grown children—and six grandchildren whose faces occupy most of the space on their iPhones.
